About the Role
As a Youth Worker in our Nambour team, you will take the lead on all operational aspects of delivering our Get Set for Work project. In partnership with our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), this project combines accredited training with personalised support to help young people between the ages of 15 and 19 prepare for and secure sustainable employment.
You will oversee participant recruitment, non-accredited work readiness training, and program reporting. At its core, this role is about empowering young people to gain nationally recognised skills and vocational qualifications, supporting them to take a potentially life-changing step toward their future careers.
